  My father passed away a week ago or so now. We couldn't afford to pay for a cremation so we applied here and waited for approval for the county to cover it. Got a phone call a day ago saying the cremation was done and we could pick him up anytime. That part that bothers me is that no one made any curtesy call to tell us it was approved and that they would begin the cremation process. My mother and I have been frantic and upset trying to figure out finances for this waiting and wondering about the approval. A little disrespectful I think and maybe in the future call the family and talk to them and explain every part of the process as it took place. Greatful that it got taken care of, yes. Mind you when someone loses a loved one they would like to know every step of the way what is going on!!! Inconsiderate to say the least. Many emotions.

  If you are looking to over spend for a simple cremation then this is the place for you! They charge double what most companies charge for the same services. My advice is to go else where. They also do not honor their guarantee that is on this website.
